Job Summary
Member of a self-directed management team reporting to the Superintendent. To plan, organize and direct the District's certificated and classified personnel management programs. Administer the recruitment and selection of certificated staff; administer the certificated and classified employee recruitment and selection, employment, transfer, promotion, layoff, and separation processes; to assist with wage and salary administration, to assist in the planning, organization, administration of the employee health and welfare programs; to assist in the planning, organization and conduct of the employer and employee relations process; and to do other related functions as directed. * Please review the attached job description for a summary of essential duties and responsibilities, as well as other pertinent information.
Requirements / Qualifications
A valid California Preliminary or Clear Administrative Services Credential is required, as well as a valid teaching or PPS credential. A Master's Degree required.

STATUS: Certificated Administration / Management, non-represented
BENEFITS: District paid health & life insurance benefits package, capped at $16,300.00 annually.
RETIREE BENEFITS: Administrators who are at least 55 years of age, have been employed by the District for a minimum of 10 years, and who elect to retire early from employment, shall be eligible to continue District-paid health benefits for the retiree and eligible dependents until the age of 65 or until they become eligible for Medicare, whichever occurs first.
ANNUAL LEAVE: - 11 Sick Leave / Personal Necessity Days (Cumulative) - 3 Discretionary Days (Non-Cumulative) - 5 Bereavement days (Non-Cumulative) - 3 Family Illness Days (Non-Cumulative)
LONGEVITY: 3.0% per year beyond the last step
DEGREE STIPEND: - Masters $2,120 - Doctorate $3,711
DUES: District will cover the cost of dues in one professional organization
