All Saints Day School seeks an energetic, proactive, and dynamic teacher of great initiative to serve as a Kindergarten Co-Teacher. Working collaboratively with a co-teaching partner and an associate teacher, this teacher plans an instructional program that is age-appropriate and addresses individual student needs and intellectual curiosity. Each teacher at All Saints is responsible for creating a classroom community and planning curriculum and instruction for students through a supportive working relationship. The classroom teacher works to understand each student from multiple perspectives and uses an integrated and interactive approach to learning. He or she builds meaningful bonds with students, maintains high academic standards, teaches children to engage in respectful and kind behavior, and promotes a love of learning.
