HOURS AND SALARY INFORMATION: Full time position work Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm You are not allowed to have another job during contracted hours. EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: • Able to support students, parents, and teachers • Dedicated to developing a school-wide culture that supports all students • Capable of formulating and articulating effective policy and procedures • Strong knowledge of successful comprehensive school counseling program requirements • Knowledge of creative strategies necessary to support student success in a unique virtual setting and ability to implement them • Ability to effectively lead others • Flexible and able to work as part of a team • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong technical skills • Able to prioritize needs of the department • Knowledge of evidence-based school counseling • Strong organization and effective communication skills • 2 years of counseling experience required REQUIRED CREDENTIAL/CERTIFICATION: (All applicants MUST have the following at the time of applying) Must hold a valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling
