Job Summary
Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department by receiving and recording information relating to employee absences, maintaining substitute employee lists, coordinating substitute employee services; maintaining tracking information relative to employee absences, including the monitoring of approved and/or accrued leave usage in compliance with bargaining unit language and legal requirements stipulated by state and federal codes relating to employment of personnel in public school districts; and providing information, recommendations, and/or direction as requested by assigned administrator.
