Position Title: Marketing and Development Coordinator Employment Status: Part-Time Reports to: Principal of San Carlos School Salary: $25 - $32 per hour Benefits: Tuition Assistance, Paid Sick, 20+ hours Life Insurance & Pension Contribution Does NOT interfere with STRS or PERS retirement distributions Position Purpose: San Carlos School’s Marketing & Development Director will be a leading representative of the organization, responsible for fostering its Mission, Philosophy, and Schoolwide Learning Expectations, creating and executing marketing and development plans, supporting the Principal, Faculty, and Staff, and serving as a key member of the Advisory Board. The role requires a highly collaborative and understanding spirit who will work closely with all constituent groups to help the school achieve its annual enrollment and financial objectives. The position reports to the Principal, the Annual Fund Committee, and occasional volunteers. School Culture: San Carlos School, a high-performing, faith-based, open-enrollment K-12 school, is looking for a full-time School Office and Admissions Director.
