Downtown College Prep (DCP) prepares first-generation students for college success. DCP was the first charter school in Silicon Valley and currently operates two high schools and two middle schools in San Jose, CA. DCP currently serves 1750 students in grades 5-12 and provides college coaching, mentoring, and college scholarships to over 400 alumni. Job Summary
The Summer School Principal will be responsible for managing the Summer School program for ARMS. The position will be offered internally to existing DCP staff but DCP reserves the right to seek candidates from outside DCP if the need arises or if there are no interested candidates from DCP’s existing staff.

- Current returning DCP staff highly preferred - Experience working with the DCP target student population - Bachelor’s Degree Required; Masters Degree preferred - Valid Teacher Certification Required - Strong analytical and communication skills
