Start: July 1, 2024 The Executive Coach/Advisor will provide direct support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors in fulfilling the mission, vision and goals of Connecting Waters Charter Schools.
Requirements / Qualifications

Copies of Transcripts, Credentials, and Degrees Education and/or Experience: - Fifth year college or university program certificate credential with a Master’s degree in Education; or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience. - Administrative Credential desirable - Prior principal experience desirable - Post-secondary experience desirable - Two years teaching experience and/or three years in an administrative capacity - Worked with culturally diverse backgrounds is desirable

Comments and Other Information
$1,000 Master's Degree stipend, $2,000 Doctorate stipend, and health benefits available. Full-time benefit allotment of $1,500/month for medical, vision, and dental. CalSTRS retirement. Job provides flexibility, creativity, and innovation. Connecting Waters is a TK-12 grade independent public charter school that services the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Stanislaus Calaveras, Mariposa, Merced, and Tuolumne.
