The District is seeking candidates for Program Manager, Teaching and Learning (assigned to support Sexual Health Education) positions to support assigned schools/area and other programs. BASIC FUNCTION: The Program Manager, Teaching and Learning, will coordinate and manage special projects within the assigned department, including academic and behavioral interventions and supports; facilitate cross-departmental functions, communication, and collaboration to support effective implementation of key instructional initiatives leading to college and career readiness for all students. The ideal candidate for The Program Manager, Teaching and Learning (assigned to support Sexual Health Education) will exhibit expertise within the field of sexual health education and services by having at least 5 years’ experience teaching comprehensive Sex Ed within secondary schools and ability to provide staff with nationally recognized instructional best practices and state laws and policies. Salary Grade: 030.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to a master’s degree in education and a minimum of five (5) years of recent, directly related teaching and/or leadership experience. Experience with positive behavior intervention, response to intervention, and academic intervention and support is highly preferred. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid Administrative Credential.
