DEADLINE: Until Filled (First Review of Applications - April 29, 2024) *Interviews planned for Wednesday, May 1st* SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Valid, Appropriate California Administrative Credential 2. Valid, Appropriate California Teaching Credential 3. Administrative experience related to educational organization and operation 4. Excellent communication skills and a record of effective interaction with community, staff, parents and students 5. Ability to obtain FBI and California DOJ Background/Fingerprint Check 6. Tuberculosis Clearance DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Master’s Degree 2. Training in Labor and Contract Law or related legal training or experience 3. Past leadership and administrative experience or preparation in the area of Human Resources Development 4. Five years of instructional experience, with five years of increasing administrative experience 5. District Office level experience and positive relationships with other District Office departments 6. English Language Authorization (CLAD or equivalent) ABILITY TO: 1. Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills 2. Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with diverse groups 3. Demonstrate strong, collaborative collective bargaining skills 4. Advise and assist management and supervisory personnel on employer/employee relation issues, training, evaluation, motivation, discipline and grievance administration 5. Establish and maintain effective communications with employee organizations and representatives and work cooperatively to address personnel-related issues 6. Investigate, report and maintain the District’s safety and worker’s compensation programs

SALARY: $158,230 – $185,204 (2% per Educational Enhancement) (Depending upon experience and based upon 225 workdays) Make sure to complete the Target Success Sketch questionnaire. It is part of the application but does not show up until after you have submitted the application.
