Job Summary
Morse High School has two full time (1.0 FTE), 11 month position to fill. The Army Instructor is assigned within the high school Army JROTC program. The Army Instructor is directed by the Senior Army Instructor to properly instruct cadets and manage the JROTC unit in accordance with military regulations and district policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
Ability to obtain JROTC Credential. Must be certified by the United States Army Cadet Command Headquarters and meet eligibility requirements established by the sponsor military service in accordance with public law. Must be a retired Army Non-commissioned Officer or Warrant Officer with no less than 20 years of service. Must pass the CBEST exam within the first year and the PE CSET exams within the first four years of hire.
