  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Valid CA Drivers License
  3. Five years commensurate experience in quantity food cooking, baking, preparation, and service facility maintenance. (experience must be listed on application).
  4. ATTACH a DMV Printout (no older than 90 days) and must show *END* on the report. The online report will be accepted as long it is printed from the web browser, clicking the 'print' button displayed on the Driver History Report page (The Driver History Report page cannot be accepted, you MUST click the print button and save as a PDF to attach); copy/paste versions will not be accepted. Drivers may be asked to supply a certified DMV report at any time.
  5. ATTACH Valid ServSafe / Professional Food Manager Certificate required.
  6. Three References listed on application (In-house candidates must attach 3 professional references as well and may use the “professional references form,” which is linked on the job posting).
