The primary responsibility of the Learning Assistant is to provide assistance in supporting with supervision, activities, safety, and well-being of all students in the classroom, recess/lunch periods, and during drop off and pick up. Dimensions has over 20 years of experience supporting homeschool and independent study students and families to personalize education. We are professionals at personalization whether it involves modifying or adapting a more traditionally oriented curriculum, or a full-scale creative curriculum program from the ground up. The student is always at the center.

Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account a range of factors in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and business/organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Element Education believes in professional learning and reflection and utilizes a merit based compensation program.
