DCP was the first charter school in Silicon Valley and currently operates two high schools and two middle schools in San Jose, CA. DCP currently serves 1750 students in grades 5-12 and provides college coaching, mentoring, and college scholarships to over 400 alumni. Job Summary

The Wellness Center Coordinator (“Coordinator”) builds and supports the capacity of the organization and its schools to ensure four-year college eligibility and persistence for all students. This is achieved in this position by connecting students and families with the mental health school and community support they need and reflecting DCP’s values, mission, and commitment to equity. The Coordinator will be results-oriented and highly effective in creating relationships with families, students and community and governmental agencies providing culturally responsive services for the purposes of meeting student and family needs. Ideal candidates are support and systems-oriented, bring expertise in social services and/or social work. This person excels at building relationships and understanding the connection between core needs and academic support.
