Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, coordinate and supervise staff; provide site supervision and training in the areas of the P.O.S. (point of sale) system hardware and software; and implement menus ensuring compliance with federal and state nutritional analysis guidelines. Work with fellow supervisors ensuring that federal and state regulations are followed.
