Start date: Late August 2024 Contract year: Traditional (end of August through mid-June) Job Type: Full-time with benefits Salary Range: $54,324-$70,384. The rate of pay within the specified range may be adjusted at any time by the appointing authority based on the candidates' qualifications, prior experience, education level, etc. Reports to: Elementary and Middle School Principals General Description The Assistant Athletic Director is responsible for supporting the Athletic Director in the supervision of the athletics programs at the middle school level. The Assistant works alongside the Director, coaches, and referees to ensure that equipment, safety, and compliance requirements are met. The Assistant is responsible to work alongside the Director to ensure that a Christ-honoring environment is maintained by those associated with and who participate in MCS athletics. In addition, the Assistant AD is responsible for teaching physical education classes at the elementary and middle school levels. The position includes the responsibility of supervisory presence in the girls’ locker room.
