Job Summary
Under direction of the Director of Instruction & Professional Learning or their designee, the Events Generalist will be the point person on planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. They will be working with various departments depending on need. It is the Events Generalist’s responsibility to coordinate all logistics, budgeting, expense coding, and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly.

. High school diploma required . 1+ years of event management/coordination experience preferred
. Strong organizational and project management skills . Experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides . Highly organized and detail oriented . Ability to accomplish projects with limited supervision . Thrives under pressure and in an environment of rapid change while maintaining a positive and cheerful disposition . Team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals . Displays passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook
