In collaboration with the Community Engagement Team, the Community Programs Art Teacher will develop an art program that introduces students to creative art fields which could include dance, media arts, music, theater, visual arts, graphic arts and design, animation, music composition, costume design, film, and video. The Community Programs Art Teacher will plan engaging park day art classes, clubs, events, virtual assemblies, field trips, and art contests, where students will be offered opportunities to express themselves creatively and develop an understanding of and appreciation for different art styles.
