Middle school students have the option to come in on non-class days to meet with teachers for extra support. Families meet regularly with their supervising teacher who will guide the parents in at-home instruction, assess student progress, and maintain student records. This position will focus on 6th grade Math and Science teaching two sections of math, teaching two sections of earth science, and supervising one enrichment class based on student and teacher interest. The position also requires a teacher who is capable of serving as a supervising teacher who will effectively work with individual students and families in the K-8 setting. Middle School classes run on Monday and Wednesday from 8:30-3:30. Teachers provide direct instruction in the subject areas and create engaging activities and assignments for students to complete at home on non-classroom days. Teachers will be available to support students in all subject areas on campus on Tuesday and Thursday during school hours.
