Job Summary
The Multicultural Learning Center (MLC) is looking for an Instructional Lead for our middle school campus (grades 6-8). This candidate will have experience coaching and leading instructional teams at the middle school level, and knowledge of dual immersion programs, universal design, and project-based learning strategies. This position will report to MLC’s Principal and collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and leaders in support of teacher excellence and student achievement.

• California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a Bilingual Authorization • Fluency in both English and Spanish and academic level vocabulary and syntax expertise in both languages • Minimum 5 or more years of Mentorship and Academic Coaching experience • Professional development facilitation • Collaborative leadership • Program implementation and oversight • Supervisory skills
