1. Must possess a valid California Career Technical Education (CTE) credential in the following areas: Building and Construction Trades 2. Ability to connect with and motivate students. 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 4. Current knowledge of a variety of teaching strategies and professional practices. 5. Ability to use technology.
