Job Summary

Under the direction of the Principal, perform a wide variety of clerical and secretarial duties to coordinate office activities at an elementary school, middle school, or continuation/ alternative high school and to relieve the Principal of administrative support tasks; prepare and maintain a variety of reports and records and input a variety of data related to assigned activities; perform public relations and communications services for the Principal

Requirements / Qualifications

EFFECTIVE 2024/25 SCHOOL YEAR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Graduation from high school course supplemented by college-level coursework in business, secretarial science or related field. Experience: Four years increasingly responsible secretarial or administrative support experience. Any combination of training and/or experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be considered. Other: Bilingual/Spanish desired.
