Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Student Services, the Social-Emotional Learning Instructional Coach supports faculty, staff and students in achieving a positive and productive school climate, with the primary focus on providing and supporting social-emotional awareness and instruction. This support is provided through professional development, modeling instructional practices, and collaboratively creating systems to support all students in any setting in the district. The goal of the Social-Emotional Instructional Coach is to be a resource and provide and maintain prevention and intervention strategies and practices within the district's multi-tiered system of support.

Education: * Bachelor's Degree and valid California teaching credential Experience: * Three years of successful classroom teaching and training in the area of at-risk student populations preferred
