EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Graduation from high school or equivalent. • One year of experience caring for children or rearing own children. REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Copy of valid First Aid and CPR certificates. • Knowledge of general needs and behavior of children. • Ability to provide for the health, safety, and psychological needs of children. • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions. • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships through the course of work • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________
