Please note: This position will be located at Kaiser Permanente in Baldwin Park. Kaiser is requiring the recommended employee to either show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination dated on or after September 1, 2023 OR be willing to get the COVID-19 vaccination through Kaiser Permanente at no cost to the employee. The recommended employee will also have to provide proof of the following vaccines: MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella (chickenpox), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis). TB (tuberculosis) screening is required and will be processed via blood test. There is no cost to recommended for testing or vaccines and will be available to candidates once the slection process is finalized. The recommended employee will be required to park and leave their vehicle at the Baldwin Park Metro Station and take the City Express Transit to and from Kaiser Permanente in Baldwin Park with students and classroom Teacher.
