The California Montessori Project is a public, TK-8 charter school network that uses research-based Montessori pedagogy in providing academic choice for families at our six schools in the greater Sacramento area and Shingle Springs, CA. * Please note that we are looking for substitute candidates with a lot of availability, preferably at least two days a week. WE'LL HELP YOU WITH A PERMIT Are you interested in helping support students by becoming a substitute in a classroom? If so, great! If you have a BA/BS degree, we can help you with a 30-day sub permit application! If you do not yet have a BA/BS degree, no problem! We need classified subs as well and will be happy to connect with you. Please apply! LEARN MORE ABOUT MONTESSORI Serving as a substitute teacher is a great way to learn more about public Montessori education and become better acquainted with our school and staff. Additionally, any long-term substitute teacher positions that may be needed throughout the year are usually hired from our daily substitute teacher pool.
