The Role The Interim Director of Upper School occupies a crucial leadership role, guiding the community and ensuring day-to-day operations and curriculum in the Upper School align with the school's mission. This leader collaborates with students, faculty, and staff to ensure operational effectiveness and implement school programs. Their leadership fosters both personal and organizational growth, creating a supportive environment where everyone can succeed. Central to this role is establishing a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that values diverse worldviews and perspectives, enhancing learning opportunities for all students. Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in education or school administration preferred. At least 5-7 years of experience in educational leadership. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively within an educational setting, promoting diversity and inclusion at all levels.

Comments and Other Information
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $215,000 annually, commensurate with skill set and experience. Plus we offer an excellent benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life, and matching 403(b) retirement plan; daily lunch.
