Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a Designated Subjects Special Subjects: ROTC credential. Candidates without the credential must enroll in an approved Designated Subjects credential program. New credential candidates must verify four years of experience in the branch of service (at least one year of the experience must be within the three-year period immediately preceding the issuance of the credential. Upon acceptance of offer of employment, candidate must apply for Certificate of Completion of Staff Development (English Language Learner Authorization) waiver and enroll in a Certificate of Completion of Staff Development program if English Language Learner Authorization is not already obtained. We serve approximately 25,000 students who come from families that speak 46 languages. Our district includes four comprehensive high schools, five middle schools and 29 elementary schools. Twin Rivers also offers families the option of two alternative high schools, two special education centers, an independent learning center, a community day school, an opportunity school, preschools, three dependent charter schools and Twin Rivers Adult School.
