The Harker School is a coeducational, nonsectarian, college preparatory school serving TK through grade 12. Harker has three campuses (lower, middle, and upper schools) located within minutes of San Jose. Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the school's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program and initiatives at the Harker School. The new director will act as a resource, guide, and strategic planner, helping enhance Harker into a more culturally competent community. The DEI Director will also assist in showcasing Harker's values of diversity of people, perspectives, and ideas.
