Job Summary

The Athletic Director serves on the San Joaquin Memorial Student Affairs Team and serves as part of Holy Cross’s Leadership Team. This individual is responsible for leading all aspects of 7-12 athletic programming. Moreover, provide direction and guidance to our parents, students, and faculty while representing the vision of the administration. In addition, serve as an athletic consultant to St. Anthony’s and St. Helen’s schools.

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications 1. Must hold a BA/BS degree. 2. Master’s degree recommended. 3. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus (internal and external) 4. Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders of the school. 5. High energy, self-starter with ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task in an atmosphere in which time sensitive deadlines are the norm, as are interruptions. 6. Available to work evenings and weekends when necessary. 7. 3-5 years of administrative experience recommended. 8. 3-5 years of athletic leadership recommended. (Coaching, Athletic Director, Asst.
