The Assistant Principal for School Culture is a formational leader at Mater Dei Catholic High School (MDCHS). The Assistant Principal for School Culture is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, supportive environment and school culture that synthesizes our students' intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development. The Assistant Principal for School Culture helps to create and sustain a culture of high expectations and continual support for all teachers and students, as well as promoting and enforcing a school environment that is professional and respectful of others. The Assistant Principal for School Culture is a member of the MDCHS Administrative Team.
