Position Summary As a key member of our educational institution, the Campus Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and visitors. This position involves extensive supervision duties across various campus areas, including halls and yards, to ensure student safety and adherence to school policies. Additionally, the Campus Aide will assist with custodial tasks, contributing to the overall cleanliness and functionality of the campus facilities. This role requires a proactive, vigilant individual who can effectively monitor campus activities, respond to incidents, and provide general support to the school’s operational needs as directed by their supervisor. Key Responsibilities - Supervision and Safety: Monitor halls, yard, and other campus areas to ensure student safety and compliance with school rules. Proactively address any safety concerns or behavioral issues in coordination with school staff. - Custodial Support: Assist in custodial tasks as needed, including but not limited to light cleaning and setup/teardown for school events. Ensure a clean, orderly, and well-maintained environment for all campus users. - Flexible Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may include administrative support, aiding in the coordination of school events, and assisting with emergency response procedures. - Communication: Serve as a point of contact for students, staff, and visitors on campus, providing assistance and direction as needed. Report any significant incidents or issues to the appropriate school authority in a timely manner. Qualifications - Educational Requirements: High school diploma required; some college coursework or degree preferred. - Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role, customer service, or custodial work is advantageous. - Skills: Excellent observational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-
