The Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is seeking qualified individuals for Telecommunications Service Representative. An ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of telecommunications systems and services who thrives on providing exceptional customer service. If you are passionate about telecommunications and enjoy problem-solving, we encourage you to apply. Under general supervision, provides first-level technical support and assistance related to telecommunications services; coordinates the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and service termination of direct telecommunications services to LACOE sites and divisions.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience: Two years of telecommunications services experience, including experience providing basic technical support, and coordinating installations, repairs, and termination of services with various telecommunications vendors. Additional Requirements: A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain private transportation between job sites may be required.
