Job Summary

Job Summary

Coordinator will supervise and organize the implementation of San Leandro Unified’s California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP Grant) and work in partnership under the direction of the Site Administrator and assigned District administrator. They will manage and lead the development of the full service community school. This includes leading the assessment of the school community’s needs and assets, coordinating all student and family support services and developing the resources and partnerships at the school site. Coordinator will provide direct services to students, staff and families with an integrated focus on academics, health and social services, and community engagement through implementation of SLUSD’s multi-tiered integrated intervention support system (MIISS). They will develop and coordinate intervention programs and social services related to the grant during school and in the extended school year spaces and complete grant reports and yearly evaluation of programs.
