MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree in social services, international studies, education, business or a related field and three years experience in translating and interpreting complex, preferably school or social services-related, material. LICENSES OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C driver's license. Incumbents are required to speak, read and write in the designated second language (Spanish or Russian)
