Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, records and files relating to students, staff, operations and activities; monitor budget as directed; schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; maintain master calendar and files; independently compose letters, memos, bulletins and other correspondence; register and assign new students; maintain accurate records of personnel, students and other school office records; administer first aid and emergency aid; maintain health-related records; provide work direction and assistance to parent volunteers, PTA board members, office aides and others; operate a variety of office equipment such as computer terminal and printer, typewriter and copier; perform related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and four years increasingly responsible secretarial experience involving public contact; dictation skills are desirable.
