Job Summary

The Monrovia Community Adult School is seeking at highly skilled and organized educator to serve as the English as a Second Language (ESL) Coordinator & Data Manager. The right candidiate will be able to perform a wide scope of management and coordination responsibilities to ensure that the student outcome data collected and reported for the school’s California Adult Education Program (CAEP) and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs accurately reflects institutional achievement of program objectives and that the school’s English as a Second Language (ESL) department uses that data to drive improved ESL student achievement. We are seeking a candidate that can begin transitioning with the current English as a Second Language (ESL) Coordinator & Data Manager during the 2023-24 school year as soon as possible.

Valid California teaching credential that authorizes instruction to Adult Education students in English As A Second Language.
