Note: Looking to hire for the 2024/2025 school year, however we're open to starting this school year if it works for the right candidate. Come and join our amazing community! Harvest Ridge Cooperative Charter School is located in Newcastle CA, and has an amazing support system for students and families! This Instructional Aide/Student Support position is Monday through Thursday, approximately 6 hours per day. Employees will work with students in grades K-8 in small groups, supervising on the playground, and assisting teachers in the classroom. This position requires the ability to successfully manage a small group of students in the learning environment, provide support for teaching the Common Core State Standards in grades K-8, and monitor large groups of students on the playground. We are looking for applicants who enjoy a team environment, are self-motivated, and enjoy working with children K-8.
