Ability to perform skilled journeyman level roofing installation, repair, and maintaining a preventive maintenance program. Preparing estimates, requisitions, drawings. Substantial experience in a variety of building trades required. High School Diploma or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE OF: Knowledge of methods, materials & equipment used in maint & repair of roofs and interior ceilings; applicable codes, blueprints, regulations & safety practices. Knowledge of methods and skills used in a variety of building trades.
