Job Summary
ADEii Health is seeking Behavioral Health Supervisors who will be pivotal in leading and coordinating behavioral health services within our organization. This key position involves overseeing a team of Behavioral Health Unit Residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to students, parents/guardians, faculty & staff. The supervisor will ensure that the School-Based Health Center aligns with California’s BBS requirements, will supervise the care team, interface with Cal State Practicum Representatives, collaborate with various stakeholders, input program development, and interpret ADEii Health’s and the district's behavioral health initiatives. The supervisor will oversee the program’s effectiveness with regard to compliance, accountability, and efficiency.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. • Licensed or certified in the relevant discipline (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LEP, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Physician and Surgeon certified in Psychiatry by the ABPN). • Completed OR on track to complete within 70 days of hiring the Supervisor Training Requirements, per BBS. Our strategic initiative for School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) is a novel, comprehensive, and well-designed program, consisting of five goals for the success of our SBHCs and our stakeholders. ADEii Health is committed to promoting and providing behavioral health, wellness, and workforce development services.

• Utilizes a residency model to offer more comprehensive access to behavioral health and
wellness services.
• Secures and applies resources, networks, research, evidence-based programs, and
partnerships to innovate, support, and sustain the mission and the work of ADEii Health.
• Envisions biophilic, energy-efficient, and inclusive, confidential treatment spaces.
