Visions is seeking a Communications Coordinator who will plan and perform a variety of complex, highly skilled and responsible administrative support that requires a high level of initiative, technical skills and abilities to manage various complex technical systems. This position might possess an ability to exercise sound judgment, organizational skills and an understanding of departmental functions and overall charter school operations and procedures. The Marketing Coordinator would analyze and transmit information to and from the public, administration, faculty and staff. This might include the development and editing of all school content via school content management systems. Duties and responsibilities generally cover a wide range of responsibilities and activities. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael, CA and 2 days remotely. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change. Visions In Education offers a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes options for 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), retirement (CalPERS), vacation (10 days), sick time and holiday (22 which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season).
