Community Interest Class Teacher Apply here to be an teacher for our fee-based community education courses offered each term. ~ Attach your letter of interest in the position. In your letter of application (letter of interest) please let the adult education hiring committee know what course or courses you would like to teach and tell us about your qualifications to teach. ~ Attach a resume or curriculum vitae listing your experience. Please complete the following: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yvV-nlmGRwBwhT6xdawUKyaPETwi-vwt/edit ~ Attach copies of any trade, industry or professional certifications you possess which bolster your candidacy for being the instructor for a course at West Contra Costa Adult Education. ~ Attach copies of transcripts from colleges and institutions where you have studied and received degrees. (Official transcripts will need to be submitted prior to employment with the district.) ~ Attach three (3) letters of reference. ~ Provide current T.B. test results dated within the last year and COVID vaccine card. ****Please Note: All applicants MUST have fingerprint clearance through our district (WCCUSD) prior to being hired.*****

A California teaching credential is not required to be a Fee Based Instructor. But the hourly rate listed here is for those who do have a California teaching credential. For those who don't, please apply to the Edjoin posted listing for a "Adult Ed Community Interest Instructor".
