Visions is seeking a dynamic and innovative Professional Learning & Innovation Manager to lead our educational institution's efforts in fostering continuous learning and growth among our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and a proven track record in designing and implementing effective professional development programs. This role requires the ability to create and manage systems and platforms to support adult learners, as well as serve as an instructional and professional coach to enhance teaching and learning practices. This position will serve as an educational administrator and strategic leader responsible for creating and maintaining effective systems for training implementation and progress monitoring. In addition, this position will be responsible for management of resources and use of staff time/talents, and will be responsible for fostering positive and effective relationships among staff, students, and parents. Effectively utilizing resources and assigned staff, this position will ensure high quality interventions and support, student success, and will prepare students to function effectively in becoming college and career ready. Professionals with experience working with technology and virtual tools are desired. In addition, knowledge of home school and independent study programs, charter schools, and non-site based instructional models is preferred. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of three days at our office in Carmichael, CA with possible travel to all counties served by Visions and two days remotely. However, depending upon the needs of the organization and department, this schedule is subject to change.
