Job Summary
Instruct students enrolled at the Lloyd P. Hance Community School to develop feelings of self-worth, attain self-discipline and accept personal responsibility in decision making; to become useful and accepted in the community, to improve academic skills and provide career and vocational awareness/education. The Lloyd P. Hance Community School offers a variety of different educational settings, including remote independent study, depending on the student’s needs and reason for attending. This position will serve in the 2024-25 School Year.

Education: • Hold or be eligible for a valid California Teaching Credential requiring a Bachelor’s degree. • Multiple subject authorization with CLAD Certification and passage of CSET is also qualifying. • Employer Paid Life Insurance (employee only)

• Annual Health & Welfare benefits cap $17,500: includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision for the employee and all eligible dependents based on the tier of coverage selected by the employee (the employee’s out-of-pocket contribution amount will vary based on their selection); employees may purchase coverage through a 125-Cafeteria plan.
