Under the direction of the Director of Student Support & Special Education, the School Psychologist will conduct Special Education and 504 assessments for students enrolled in the Charter School. The School Psychologist serves as a member of the Charter School’s Special Education and 504 teams and will collaborate as well as consult with team members. This position also assists with the integration and alignment of MTSS and special education. School psychologists will assess students, interpret assessment results, write legally compliant assessment reports, and develop Behavioral Support Plans when needed. The school psychologist will travel to regional areas to assess students as assigned. As an employee of the Charter School, the School Psychologist will follow the responsibilities and procedures as delineated in the Charter School Personnel Handbook.
