GENERAL SUMMARY The Interim Director of Teacher Residency is responsible for the oversight and execution of the Teacher Residency Program for their region. The role includes delivering seminar instruction as well as individual coaching to support and create an excellent pipeline of teachers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Design and facilitate group instruction for all residents in their region each week based on best practices in adult learning and teacher education, working very closely with the other residency directors to align trainings to meet the needs of the Residents in the region. Engage in collaborative, cross-regional work Lead site visits and coaching conversations that foster resident and mentor growth Supervise, manage, and support Residents through the Residency year Design and facilitate group instruction for all Mentors each month and provide on-going coaching and support Work with the Lead Mentor, Progr

2) Minimum educational level: Doctoral level degree preferred. Master’s level degree in relevant field required. 3) Experience: 6+ years of instructional experience required, 3+ years as an instructional leader strongly preferred

Salary Range from $111,380- $142,980 based on years of experience
