Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Possession of a Master's degree and three (3) years related experience with a major in human resources management, business administration, public administration, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience. • One (1) year of supervisory and management experience. • Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, ethnic, and disability backgrounds of community college students and employees

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Initial placement on the Management Salary Schedule will be commensurate with education and experience. The District provides an excellent health and welfare package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and income protection. Current employer contribution not to exceed $20,000 per year. Enrollment in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) is available. This position has direct responsibility for formulating and implementing policy regarding the Human Resources of the College and the District.
