Requirements / Qualifications
TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree with a major in personnel, business, finance, human services, health benefit administration, medical billing, or a related field, and three years of increasingly responsible experience in workers’ compensation, disability management, administrative support, record-keeping, or project management. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver’s license; provide personal automobile and proof of insurance. Overall scores in computer software QWIZ testing program preferred as follows: Keyboarding .................................... 55 Correct WPM Word ............................................. 80% Overall Score Excel or Access ............................ 80% Overall Score Payroll .......................................... 80% Overall Score
