Downtown College Prep (DCP) prepares first-generation students for college success. DCP was the first charter school in Silicon Valley and currently operates two high schools and two middle schools in San Jose, CA. DCP currently serves 1750 students in grades 5-12 and provides college coaching, mentoring, and college scholarships to over 400 alumni. DCP is seeking a school-based, social-emotional counselor/social worker with an interest in working with middle and/or high school youth. This position is full time-40 hours per week, 11 months (school year) with occasional evenings (3-5 per year).
