Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Single Subject Credential authorizing services in Math with CLAD (or other EL authorization) OR Valid California Multiple Subject Credential with CLAD (or other EL authorization) AND appropriate added authorization(s) authorizing services in a Junior High School Math setting. Submit the required documents below with a completed Edjoin application. 1. Resume 2. (3) Three current and signed letters of recommendation 3. CBEST verification, if not fully credentialed 4. Transcripts (Unofficial or Official) 5. Copy of Credential or Letter from College of anticipated completion date, If Applicable 6. Proof of CLAD or other EL Authorization, if not on your credential 7. Must be able to show proof of subject matter competency to qualify by either prior NCLB Certification or CSET Exam (this is not your credential) ***Interns and Intern eligible candidates will also be considered***

OJUSD accepts fourteen (14) years of previous, verified, full-time, fully credentialed years of experience for placement on the certificated salary schedule.
The District shall provide an annual contribution for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. If the selected health and welfare coverage costs less than the district's maximum contribution, the employee may select to cash out the difference in cost.
Family Plan = $7,210 annually
Single OR Employee +1 = $6,458.00 annually
The Fringe Benefit contribution amount is NOT included in the annual salary indicated on the certificated salary schedule.
