Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Student Services, the Lead Transcript and Records Specialist oversees and trains the Transcripts and Records team. This position provides direction in performing complex tasks pertaining to evaluating, auditing, and translating transcripts. The lead also guides in degree analysis, student academic standing, and transfer planning.
Requirements / Qualifications
? Three (3) years of experience performing review and analysis of transcripts and other admission record documents, preferably in a college or high school setting. ? Possession of a high school diploma/GED or equivalent is required. ? Bachelor’s Degree is recommended.
The position requires the following items: 1. Resume 2. Completion of a high school diploma or GED (available upon request) 3. Proof of 3 years of experience performing review and analysis of transcripts and other admission record documents, preferably in a college or high school setting.
